Current Cyber Threat Level or Impact is: GUARDED
The Riverview School District was impacted by a cyber-attack on February 18th. All district-wide critical services were restored earlier this week. No data was compromised in this attack.
District Service Status
District services are in three categories: OPERATIONAL (Green): All systems or services are in normal operation , DEGRADED (Orange): System or service is operational but access may be impacted by other systems or services, OFFLINE (Red): Systems or services are not operational or accessible.
Network Connectivity
District networks are currently online and operational but in a degraded state.
Phone System
District phone system is online. Some phones may require additional attention.
M365 Outlook
District email is accessible on and off of the district network.
M365 Teams
Classroom and district Teams are accessible on and off of the district network.
District Computers
All newly deployed district computers are operational. Compromised computers have been removed.
M365 Integration
Integration is impacted by pending district network changes at this time.
District Websites
District websites are in normal operation.
M365 OneDrive
OneDrive files are accessible on and off of the district network.
M365 Misc.
OneNote, Forms, SharePoint, etc. are accessible on and off the district network.
Classroom Technology
Classroom Technology is operational and will be impacted until network connectivity is optimized.
